Peak2Peek Consulting Terms and Conditions is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• We keep our services up-to-date and if we cancel services after payment, a refund of the unused service can be requested. NOTE: All digital download sales are final. 
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• All artwork is our own and we abide by copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• We monitor and don't tolerate bad user behavior, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• We reserve the right to disable fraudulent or spam user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
